We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineering Manager of Developer Relations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with our developer community. The Senior Engineering Manager of Developer Relations will lead a team of Developer Relations Advocates and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our developer ecosystem is successful.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to engage with our developer community, including creating content like blogs, videos, tutorials, and other resources.
• Plan and attend conferences, meetups, and other events to build relationships with developers, evangelize our products and services, and gather feedback on our offerings.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure our developer community has the tools and resources they need to build successful applications.
• Mentor and manage a team of Developer Relations Advocates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are successful in their roles.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Developer Relations team, such as developer engagement, community growth, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product and PMM teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all developer-facing channels.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for technical audiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Proven track record of building and growing developer communities.
• Experience planning and executing successful developer events and conferences.
• Familiarity with modern developer tools and technologies, APIs, Javascript, Node.js.
• Passion for technology and the developer community, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
