Matrix Labs is an established Web3 R&D company that has been at the forefront of developing blockchain technology for many years. We are passionate about bringing the metaverse to the masses. Our project Matrix World is the first multi-chain metaverse project and we’re looking to recruit skilled developers like yourself to help craft amazing world experiences.
Matrix Labs is looking for a Web3 Developer capable of helping drive our development forward. Experience in blockchain technology is preferred. This is a full-time position and is remote friendly for Canadians, west coast time zone preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Engaging with our development community via Github, forums, technical demos, and social media
- Be able to answer community questions, speak with developers, and support integration partners
- Create engaging social content to drive education and adoption among developers, such as tutorials, demo apps, explainer videos, and other technical articles
- Presenting and engaging during technical conferences
- Gathering community feedback to influence Rarify's product roadmap
- Identifying, prioritizing and triaging issues for escalation to our Engineering teams
Skills & Experience
- Proven knowledge and experiences within web3 / blockchain
- Confidence with popular programming languages and some experience with one or more of web3's relevant technologies
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong Twitter presence and following
- Prior experience in developer relations or similar roles highly desirable
- Passion for web3 and decentralization
- Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience writing and editing technical documentation
- Experience developing tutorial materials (e.g., knowledge bases, self-guided tutorials, videos) to onboard and educate users
- Experience working in a highly distributed company is a plus
- Systematic problem-solving approach, combined with a strong sense of ownership and drive
