Mantium is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with experience in the data space to strategize and execute across marketing disciplines including product marketing, digital, content, developer relations, events, and social media. The ideal candidate will be equal parts storyteller and strategist; a nimble thinker who is collaborative, curious, and truth seeker. This role will ensure that marketing success aligns with the company’s immediate goals and Mantium’s long-term success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Craft an overall marketing strategy leveraging core brand messaging, product positioning, and differentiation as the foundation for all product focused communications, including GTM, sales enablement, and marketing collateral.
  • Analyze current trends, near term industry forecasts, and competitors to answer the market with innovative solutions, and messaging that resonates.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to create a focused, concerted GTM strategy.
  • Work closely with the product and sales teams to build out personas and target markets, identifying gaps, pain points, and use cases.
  • Expert understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and execution
  • Create engaging content that speaks to buyer needs and pains.
  • Help build and maintain a content roadmap and editorial calendar.
  • Prepare multichannel campaigns to place Mantium in front of key personas, decision makers, and potential advocates
  • Set, monitor and report on team OKRs and key performance indicators
  • Manage the Mantium’s various marketing channels including website messaging, blog, promotional material, resource library, events, and SEO/SEM programs

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, branding, PR, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in a PLG organization in product marketing, technical marketing, developer relations, or product management
  • Experience doing marketing or product management for a data company
  • Deep understanding of the developer persona
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including some copywriting skills
  • Superb interpersonal abilities
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals and make difficult decisions
  • Highly observant, analytical, and pays attention to the details
  • Highly experienced running successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, content, email, advertising, and social media
  • Solid knowledge of and practical experience with SEO, SEM, web analytics, CMS, CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Google Adwords

Nice to have:

  • Startup experience
  • Subject matter expertise in the NLP and LLM space. At a minimum, the candidate should be able to talk intelligently about AI on day one.
  • Past experience marketing a complex B2B technology product
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Strong understanding of web lead generation, including content marketing and SEM
  • Experience in the AI industry
