We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation, social promotion, and event planning efforts. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of our marketing initiatives, responsible for creating and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive demand, and facilitate engagement within our target audience. You will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

Job Responsibilities

Demand Generation:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns to drive leads and qualified opportunities through various channels, including content marketing, advertising, email campaigns, SEO, SEM, and partnerships.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance metrics to continuously improve conversion rates and overall ROI.
  • Collaborate with the dev advocacy team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with developers and addresses their pain points.

Social Promotion:

  • Develop and oversee the company's social media strategy, ensuring a consistent brand presence across platforms and effectively engaging the developer community.
  • In collaboration with the marketing/devrel team create compelling social media content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Event Planning:

  • Lead the planning and collaborate with the marketing/devrel team on the execution of virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, conferences, and hackathons, designed to showcase our developer solutions and foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event logistics, including content development, speaker coordination, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, presenting findings to leadership and making data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand generation, social engagement, and event success, making real-time adjustments as needed.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, along with experience in growing and engaging social media audiences.
  • Strong event planning and project management skills, with experience in both virtual and in-person event execution.
  • Experience marketing to developer audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for technology, cybersecurity, and the developer community.
  • HubSpot experience is a big plus!
