Treblle is an all-in-one platform for the entire API lifecycle. We are seeking a talented and dynamic Content Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in propelling our business growth. As the Content Manager, you will take charge of our content department, leading the development and execution of our content strategy. Your primary focus will be on establishing our company as a trailblazer and the industry leader in the API observability domain.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the content marketing strategy with a focus on creating captivating and compelling content for customers and audiences.
  • Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring that the entire company is aware of the high-quality content being produced.
  • Establish the brand voice and messaging, ensuring consistency across all Treblle touchpoints.
  • Regularly produce various types of content, such as advertising campaigns, web copy, blogs, videos, case studies, and email newsletters, positioning Treblle as an industry leader and expert.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create original content and explore innovative ways to engage audiences.
  • Optimize content for search marketing to rank for targeted keywords.
  • Analyze content performance to continually refine the content strategy and measure its impact on growth.

Skills & Experience

  • Over 2 years of experience in marketing, including 1+ year as a dev tool/platform content marketing manager.
  • Proven ability to build comprehensive content strategies and execute them effectively, encompassing planning, distribution, and measurement.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing content strategies that significantly boost lead generation and revenue.
  • Aptitude for grasping technical concepts quickly and presenting them in a clear and engaging manner to diverse audiences.
  • Track record of managing and delivering cross-functional projects on schedule.
  • Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, within the organization.
  • Solid understanding of creating SEO-friendly content and link-building principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional business writing abilities, delivering relevant and captivating messages.
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience and the elements of a great customer journey.
